Make sure everything looks right — especially your shipping address, so your order gets to the right place.
When you click the button to place your order, you're submitting a request to buy those products. We'll send you an automated email right away to confirm we received your order. That email will have your order number and a summary of what you ordered. Keep it handy — you'll need the order number if you need to contact us about your purchase later.
Just to be clear: receiving that order confirmation email doesn't mean your order is final and accepted. We still need to check things like inventory availability and payment. Most of the time, everything goes smoothly and your order proceeds to shipping. We process orders within 1-3 business days (that's the time from when you place your order to when it leaves our warehouse). After that, standard delivery takes about 6-12 business days, depending on where you live and how fast customs processes your package.
We'll send you an email when your order ships, with a tracking number and a link to track your package. We recommend using it to see where your order is and estimate when it will arrive. While we aim for delivery within the 6-12 day window, sometimes things happen that are out of our control — customs delays, bad weather, carrier issues — and delivery takes longer. We want you to be happy with every JanSport purchase. But if you're not, that's okay — you have 60 days from when you receive your order to return items for a full refund. The items need to be in their original condition: unused, unworn, with all tags and packaging still on them. Some items might have different return rules for hygiene or safety reasons, and we'll note that clearly on the product page.
Returning something is simple and won't cost you a thing. We provide free return shipping and don't charge restocking fees. Just email our customer service team to let them know you want to make a return. They'll send you a pre-paid shipping label and tell you how to send the package back.
