Fulfillment Process

When you place an order, it doesn't just sit in a queue somewhere. It immediately gets sent to our fulfillment team, who swing into action. They locate each product in our warehouse, verify its condition, carefully package it with appropriate protective materials, and prepare it for pickup by the shipping carrier. This fulfillment process takes 1-3 business days from payment confirmation to handoff.

Our fulfillment center operates during standard business hours, Monday through Friday. Orders received over the weekend or on public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. During peak shopping events, processing may take closer to the full 3 business days due to the higher volume of orders. We always strive to ship every order as quickly as possible while maintaining our high standards for accuracy and quality.

After your order leaves our warehouse, it typically takes 6-12 business days to reach you. This is our standard international delivery window. The exact duration depends on several factors: how far you are from our fulfillment center, how efficient your local delivery service is, and whether there are any customs or import procedures in your country that add time to the process.

We know it can be hard to wait for something you're excited about. That's why we do everything we can to keep delivery times as short as possible. We work with reliable carriers, optimize our packaging for quick processing, and continually look for ways to improve our logistics. While we can't control every aspect of international shipping, we can promise that we're doing our best to get your order to you quickly and safely.

Tracking Your Package

Want to know where your order is? Just use the tracking number we send you. As soon as your order ships, you'll get an email with your unique tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking page. You can check the status of your delivery anytime, day or night, and see exactly where your package is on its journey to you.

Remember that tracking information might not update immediately after you receive the shipping email. It can take up to 48 hours for the carrier's system to register the package and show the first scan. This is normal and no cause for concern. If after 5 business days you still don't see any tracking updates, please contact our customer service team and we'll look into it for you.

Getting Your Address Right

A correct shipping address is crucial for successful delivery. Please take a moment to verify that your shipping information is complete and accurate when placing your order. Include your full legal name, your full street address with building number and any apartment or unit number, your city, your state or region, your postal code, and your country.

Realized you made a mistake? Don't panic — just contact us as soon as possible. If we haven't shipped your order yet, we can update the address for you free of charge. If your order has already been shipped, we may not be able to change the destination, and it will be sent to the address you originally provided. So please — double-check your address. It's a small step that makes a big difference.

If Something Goes Wrong

We hate it when things go wrong, but we're here to make it right when they do. If your order arrives damaged, if it's missing items, if it's significantly delayed, or if it never shows up at all, just let us know.
